Confused abt parking tickets..d'uh!

If u read 2day's BB on opinion pg. 4, i tink the parking attendant has the right to issue a parking tiket atu..coz for 1, eventho' the person is still in the car kira alom kan keluar lah tu, its still consider parking jua kan coz other people would want dat parking space instead, bebayar kali ah..regardless the car's engine is still on or not..n the person also argues that parking attendant atu masih issue the ticket during the heavy rain..D'uh! baik jua tu..meaning she's doing her werk very well regardless of the weather conditions..apa ler..atu pun kan di argue nya..talor talor..

umpit

Talking abt seafood ani..i'm their biggest fan..hahaha..i practically eat anything seafood..dats y i go to the gadong wet market at least twice a week now..it used to be 3 - 4 times a week pulang..FYI, if u know someone who has a child tapi nda tambus becakap..ikan umpit is the cure..but dis type of fish is rarely sold in pasar..kalau ada pun, gerenti kana buking udah tu lai..hahaha..anyway ironically i actually don't know all the names of the fish at the wet market..

Handicap at Bowling Tournament

hahaha..juz like golf the bowling committee imposed handicap (watever) on the bowling tournament yesterday (sunday)..totally crap and handicap banar..hahaha..like those who didn't reach certain total points (for e.g 100) will be added like 50 points and blablabla...talor kan?..nda paidah buat the tournament in the first place..n thank god i left early..stooopid!..hahaha..nah!..my dept. could have won the tournament if not because of the stooopid rulez....made by stoopid ppl..tapi nda apa lah..bagi peluang to other depts...hahaha..the point is i can do better in organising the tournament..

Wednesday's premiere

It is totally not me going out for a movie on a mid-week (wednesday) nite but since it would be my last day before going away so y not..haha..moreover its the ironman movie..1 of the most anticipated movie dis yr...i dont know who else's is coming but 15 seats had been booked for the movie as well as excapade prior to dat..hahaha..sushi lagi..ketara tah karak sushi ah..the thing is its gud dat in cineplex we have to behave..but sushi boh chaos lagi ni krg..hahaha..

hahaha..i know i know u ppl gonna hate me for mentioning dis..hahaha..when i read 2day's BB it was on the frontpage n i juz smile..a wide smile...coz everytime i met friends who i've not been in contact for a long time would say i'm skinny lah, kurus lah..hahaha..but usually i corrected them by saying i'm toned, fit and healthy..baik jua kan rather than overweight or obese..no offense..but the headlines - 61% of civil servants overweight atu doesn't surprise me at all..imagine u eat eat eat most of the time n u seldom do exercising..its a time bomb..Kapooow!..hahaha..

Is chequered shirt unconventional?

I had dis tot juz now while having dinner at TPH to wear chequered shirt to werk t'row. I dont know y out of a sudden i juz wanna put it on esok ah, maybe craving for a difference once in a while. But i dun think it makes a difference tho coz i've seen people wearing chequered shirt to werk..i hope civil servants pulang tu..hahaha..if stripy shirt boleh y not chequered? inda ja?

Intentional out of service

I was at one of the branch of the famous international bank in Serusop to withdraw some cash this evening when i heard dis man grumbling to a man next to him pasal the cash/bill payment deposit machine out of service everytime during payday, mcm intentionally ani bah nya..so dat esok panjang q and for sure some ppl nda sampat membayar the credit card bill n meaning ppl will be charge with the late charges...he sed most branches he went to was all out of service...hahaha..apparently sana sini udah di aga nya..come to think of it..mcm ada jua banar nya atu..coz i tink a friend of mine pun ada mentioned abt dis..hmmm..wicked..

Yaaay! got a call frm a friend who's coming back to Brunei soon and he had bought me 2kgs of pure honeycombs. Plus, i've Max Brenner chocolate on the way i hope since i've given my friend the $$$, dark chocolate i.e and i'm gonna get cranium boardgame during my transit nanti in s'pore, i hope i'll find it at Borders.

Black out day

I kept on calling home yesterday since ftr werk coz apparently no electricity since mid-afternoon..till mlm at around 10pm baru tah ada karan ah..i wonder wat really happened ah and i tink it has affected our daily activities n people's businesses as well..ada yg nda jadi ke gym n we even didn't go to season restaurant as planned..ada yg missed liat konsert AF jua kali..hahaha...the good thing about it is..laku dian dikadai kana bali...hahaha..

Maya oh maya

Bad news wadd..u herd her..she's leaving in weeks time..for good lagi tu..*tssk tssk* tah kau tu..hahaha..anyway, lunch at excapade 2day have never been better...its the best..owez the best..reserved a table for 5 but 8 came ..haha..so every1 has to squeeze in..sanak B*j* eh...hahaha...luckily dat 1 big guy nda dtg..if not terpaksa tah ia makai kerusi tu..hahah..ali2 tu eh...sorry i left early tadi..was in a rush..n guess wat..jee n eddie got my bomb..hahaha..lucky u kasihz..

Durian Kanyaw

Someone brot the durian to the ofis 2day n i couldn't resist it..apa lagi ngap! lah..hahaha..it was all fruit breakfast tadi..with some mee goreng only..there were limau, mangoes,mata kucing..apparently all were brot in from Thailand..anyway, rite ftr eating the durain i sed to every1 dat i am gonna love burrping 2day..hahaha..i know some1 who don't eat durian..hahaha..rugi rugi..dats all i can say..hahaha

Selipar dan yg sewaktu dengan nya

Somehow,i juz love taking pix of feet,shoes, slippers, flipflops or anything 2 do with it..i usually get fascinated, attracted or even distracted with the shoes /slippers that people wear...even i like to see people's feet, coz we all have different shapes of feet..some people sez our feet reflects our characters but i never believe so...hahaha..but i do believe in people who have foot fetish..hahaha..click here 2c mo' pix..

Diets??

NAAAAH! I'd juz prefer a healthy lifestyles. A word of advise - do enuff cardio everyday n u can eat what u wanna eat. True bah, for me i've achieved my target to get toned,fit and healthy n now its been 6 months n i've maintained all three. Unlike some ppl who have been going to the gym for years, they either achieved little or nuthing at all - wrong techniques i guess and there r also people who r juz hot hot chicken shit..hahaha..yg. banar nya kali ah..

Flying low

I was on the way home when i saw this a flock of birds flying low..i mean really low ani ah..mun kereta dapan ku ani hafta slow down and i saw dis one car had to stop on the hard shoulder..then after a few hundred metres, they flew away..i tink i see these white birds quite a lot lately..dari mana sja kah dtg nya burung2 ani? baik pulang di rambat tu..then di sembalih n jual daging nya..hahaha..

Thursday nite routine

Its been years i tink i hang out with my very close friends every mlm jumat n dis week its at fleur deli's again..which apart from the food which tastes good, the place has such a nice and cool environment to lepak2..we had good laffs as usual, screams from raiyan and one of our friend who now seldom hangs out with us anymo' didn't turn up as expected..hehehe...

The forbidden Kingdom Vs. Congkak

The forbidden Kingdom (FK) or perhaps Kondom as the boys love saying it..hahaha..is quite a gud movie..not bad eh..martial arts action/comedy/adventure thingy. The funny thing is we the boys, the six of us watched this movie and the ladies, 3 of them were watching Congkak (brief review frm the ladies, as we parted - they sed not so scary)..hahah..don't get me wrong..we juz don't wanna watch Congkak with the ladies coz they scream a lot..kalah the movie itself..hahaha..B+ for the FK.

We had dis small arguement (at Pai's room on his nikah day) regarding the color of socks that shld be worn by the groom..i remember seldom org makai putih bah..usually its juz random colors..but most oftenly its black..kalau putih..Naaaah! And eventho baju nikah is owez white but with white socks, rasa ku it doesn't fit in..it reminds me of MJ tah pulang white socks ah..hahaha..and y is it owez the guys mesti makai white sinjang as well..lawa pulang but napa nda makai white songkok tarus?

juz dont like writing as i prefer talking. Long postings tend to bore readers, its true bah. Most bruneians doesnt like reading - not a culture here i must say. But it depends on the topic of the postings, kalau interesting its worth reading n ponder upon, or discuss or laff at..or anything u wanna put it....so write short but interesting postings so dat readers can talk abt it over coffee,buns and etc..(during hangouts)..innit..

Umrah season

It was quite packed at the airport dis morning as i was sending off my parents for umrah...n kesian jua my dad sampat lagi antar sms tu informing me dat durang masuk the plane udah n i replied his sms - not to porget to switch off his fone, ipod and PSP..hahaha..labih...anyway, our own Mr purple pun umrah jua.. with his family i guess...n they'll be back on the 29th may...meaning i will not be able to stay out late eh..hehe..NOT!...

with dried scallop tastes fantastic..it was really quiet at the dynasty restaurant tadi ah..n btw they have a new menu look..a hard cover version lah..but the food sama saja..thanx to robin for the dinner n its a pleasure meeting u..Raiyan was really2 hyper juz now..hahaha...anyway, its way past my bedtime..probably akhir tah ku gym ni esok..mo' updates esok..

I left gym early dis evening n didn't join Bro Raiyan for the mall outing..ngalih banar ku eh, probably i had a minor headache masa mid afternoon atu kali, took panadol actifast tho, plus 5 sets of squash lagi with waddie tadi...so i guess i juz update dis blog rite b4 bed lah..hehe..oh btw, i'll be on leave nxt week..wooohooo...mudahan tah kana approve..Amin!

I bot a pocket camera pC juz now n i had to return and change it to another brand, Y? coz the the 1 i bot atu ada *grruut *gruut *gruut sound even when i offed the sound, so i tot gerenti nda batah ni kamera ani, cheap pulang but quality wise i dun tink so, though its an 8.0 MP camera. Yg the new one atu, much better though slightly pricey but satisfaction guaranteed lah. So peeps, watch out, coz i'll be taking snapshots around..yeeehaa!

I've been trying to find dis book but nda ku belurih, its the story abt the Brunei's 1962 Revolt authored by Zariani Abdul Rahman. I'm sure most of us nda tau pasal buku ani, but its really an interesting book i've been told..probably UBD has dis book in their collection...or perhaps the National Library in Bndar? u think? This book needs to be re-printed (last printed in 1991)If anybody get their hands on dis book, lemme know yeah..

Still couldn't find the perfect pocket camera (pC)...the quest for it still continues...esok tah ku ngunjar lagi di Yayasan...payah eh nada pC ani, cemana tah kan traveling ni..my current cybershot pC was defected rite ftr my recent backpack traveling *sigh*..guys any suggestions wat to buy? malas ku kan cek reviews bah..i'm looking for the most user friendly pC...post it ah kalau ada suggestions...cheers love

My colleague owez sez on monday mornings"it was a short sunday"..indeed it was for me today. I didn't go for the routine sunday jacuzzi/sauna with yus, went to the morning beach routine with my gym pals, karaoke with the squash budddies and darn i didnt go to anak my kazen besday function in KB..even rencek to the evening mall outing, pendek banar eh sunday ah..mana lagi ada org macahkan pasu my dad..gara2 balik2 nyanyi lagu jinbara ah..hahaha..so hows ur weekend peeps? good? bad? sioook? boring? hehehe..

Its been a while since I have lunch or dinner at TPH (Teo Poi Hoon) restaurant. But I hope the kolo mee still nyaman. Even LLF (Lee Loi Fatt) pun batah udah nda d aga, kalau dulu its Lee Nazmee Fatt, hahaha..pasal eme n nazri suka membawa minum sana..went there (at Batu Besurat) tadi with yus n eme..i didnt eat the kolo mee though,instead i ate the japanese tauhu chix with rice..nyamaaaan kali ah!

Didn't know such incident happened 50 yrs ago until i read pg. 28 today's BB, how shocking, n the thing is it happened at Jalan Tasek...boh..ada black history rupanya..anyway if ada youtube at that time..i'm sure there'd be videoclips of the shooting aftermath spreading like wildfire eh...coz the visual in the BB atu mcm looks clear ani bah..i wonder where the surviving family of the victims are now..

Sushi again!

Just rcvd sms frm a friend abt kan sushiing = this must be a sushi month if not week..if esok mlm ever jadi exkapit ani..haha..but i dun mind..gila tempting kali ah mun kana bawa..rasa ku dis is the 5th time within 2 weeks...hahaha...as usual my fav. haru maki, cheese maki, enoki battanyaki, salmon asparagus etc etc...and of course avacado milkshake..a good source of protein...see lah how it goes esok..xoxo

Craving Shishamo

Friday routine -- instead of morning treadmill, played squash with waddie, i won the whole 6 sets...then went to buy shishamo fish aka capelin..i love this fish esp. when its fried..masarap na masarap po...hahaha..Then i dropped by at the gym..bot some grilld chix n then finally pasar..bot ikan pila2..got lots of fresh fish and seafood..rugi kau yus nda ke pasar 2day...hahaha

Raining all over...drooling all nite

Meaning..no tasek 2day..*sigh* oh well there's owez a gym waiting 4 me...treadmill addict kali ah...but never gonna buy 1 coz once u have it at home, it will be hot hot chicken shit bah..inda ja? mau jua kan gym environment atu...btw FOI (for our info.) short sleepers (5 - 6 hrs a night) gained 58% more around their waists and 124% more body fat than the average sleeper (7 - 8 hrs a night)...so, how how..dats y i like being the average sleeper..hehe

Mid week's over, here comes another weekend
