Transformers got hiccups

Yeah..I totally agree with c wadid pasal movie transformers ah..I would wanna watch it again pulang...its awesome..I also noticed one hiccup in the movie..besides the mics, its the pyramid..go figure go figure..hehehe...some people watch the movie 4 times but never realized the hiccups..even movie critics pun nda realize kali..hahaha...anyway, Ice Age is showing esok..hope its as funny as the previous ones..

Recovery Monday

woohoo..oh yeah..its this time of the week again..monday..superb monday..its my last day of medical leave today after I was given a seven day off due to the so called that-time-of-the-year-flu, hehehe..baik jua the H1N1 flu screening turned out to be negative..well I had that terrible flu a week ago..the worst thing about it was that I was away..but now I am totally ok..I had a run today..as usual kalau monday its the maintenance run aka recovery run..somehow tadi atu the run was somewhere between recovery run, long run and fartlek...hahaha..the weather was really good..got power nap earlier and fortunately the rain stopped..hari ani just the four of us running and jua nda berapa ramai today orang belari..I just can't wait esok..endurance run at Tasek Lama...its this time of the year again that I will be getting fit and lean..my aim is to beat my 10km run of 40 mins..my best so far..I wanna do it in 35 mins or at least below 40 mins..

Sunday's Seafood BBQ

Ani baru ya last minit thing..hahaha..tapi menjadi jua..I really don't mind hosting BBQs at my place..as long as all the food abis bermakan..daripada membajir..murka Allah tu..anyway, thanx guys for coming for the BBQ even though it was a short notice and kepada yang mebawa and membali segala lauk2an, minuman, aiskrim, lobster, kerang2an,katam2an, udang apa indah and segala macam cacah2an..thanx and next time lagi..kelurusan jua ku baru baik abis damam..nyaman jua makan ku hari ani..hehehe..tapi ada si kawan pulang yang baru kan dabab..bah jgn lupa minum lemsip atu..sori nada gambar2an kan di share..i guess c waddie will post'em..
