Diets??

NAAAAH! I'd juz prefer a healthy lifestyles. A word of advise - do enuff cardio everyday n u can eat what u wanna eat. True bah, for me i've achieved my target to get toned,fit and healthy n now its been 6 months n i've maintained all three. Unlike some ppl who have been going to the gym for years, they either achieved little or nuthing at all - wrong techniques i guess and there r also people who r juz hot hot chicken shit..hahaha..yg. banar nya kali ah..
