S.E truly enjoying her karaoke..keep it up girl..while the rest r enjoying the hi-tea party..actually i can't even recall the name of the restaurant..hahaha..but yg. penting i'm glad to see n meet my dear friends...unfortunately, i couldn't stay long yesterday..anyhow i enjoyed ever second it...truly, madly, deeply..hahaha

Healing powers of oysters could mend human bones

After at least 530 million years of clamming up, the oyster has revealed its secret curative properties to mankind. And they are not only aphrodisiac.

French biologists who have been studying the way oysters produce nacre, also known as mother-of-pearl, believe the process could be replicated to provide cures and preventative treatments for osteoporosis, arthritis and certain skin complaints.

Humans and oysters share the capacity for self repair. A human bone heals, as does a cracked oyster's shell. We now believe nacre can be used to stimulate bone growth.

Biomineralisation is as old as bivalve molluscs, which gives it quite a few million years on the human species. More than 4,000 years ago, the Maya people of central America realised that nacre was not only beautiful but extremely hard and durable. They used it to make false teeth. In other cultures, including ancient Chinese and Egyptian, paste made from crushed nacre was recommended as a beauty cream.

The aphrodisiac quality of oysters has been recognised for many years but never scientifically proven. However, the mollusc's high content of zinc, which in humans is required for the production of testosterone, could be one explanation. Other research has shown that the shellfish are rich in certain amino acids that trigger increased levels of sex hormones.

Totally an awesome action movie..Angelina Jolie kali ah..and its a MUST see movie..coz its somehow funny tho' the actions atu nda pulang logic but who cares..in the end WEASLEY killed the villain, the actual villain SLOAN..ooops..nah spoil tia...for the rating, ku bagi B+ eh..next movie to watch is HANCOCK..woohooo..dats next week..

To whom the cinnamon rolls, there'll be a BBQ at my home but dats not the point..its the Cranium Wow dat i'm looking forward..hehehe...plus the karaoke (which is W thingy, btw, probably Wii karaoking kali..the American Idol edition, hahah..iski..)..so jerry..u wanna the BBQ to be held at my home, plan it and lemme know when..

Sarah & Alex

the cousins we haven't met for a long long time..the last time i met sarah was like 5 yrs ago and today was the first time i met alex (sarah's younger brother)..who is now 20 yrs old..i only met sarah twice..first time when she was 4 while on holiday to Brunei with her scottish mom..so, my uncle invited us for a hi-tea at his crib 2day to introduce sarah & alex as most of us never met them..hahaha..tarus jadi one day celebrities bah durang dua ah..unfortunately they'll be going back to UK esok..but they'll be back next year during summer holiday..

Ok..take note of the technique..dis is the easiest tricep exercise..liat tu liat tu..tricep nya ah karas ah..even tho' ada lamak dikit tapi di sebalik lamak2 an..karas kali ah..hehehe...Tips: Do it the right way..if u do it the wrong way..u'll never get the shape u want ..its only a waste of time and money going to the gym..

Sushi delivery service

Juz a wishful thinking if excapade can do dat..i mean i juz can't stay away from sushi..hahaha..juz had lunch there 2day and yesterday as well..probably i'm the #1 sushi fan in brunei..mana kan inda..in a week the least i go to excapade is 3 times..dat excluding take-aways...somehow nda pernah kelamuan makan..i wanna suggest the management if they can do delivery to areas in Bandar..kan bisai...kira kes malas kan keluar lunch..

Quiet n serene Monday

banar eh..sooo quiet Monday ah..mana kan inda..i'm home alone with the 3 amahs..everybody in da house is gone for holiday..even my youngest bro is away to Tutong..ada sortof student's camp for a week..i actually don't know when every1 is coming back...but i hope soon lah..hahah so what i did juz now was taking out the trash n went to Hua Ho Manggis Mall to buy stuffs....among other things..

of De Arch, SJS n Karaoke

The weekend was full of life n love..DADDY's DAY on Sunday..had the usual Sauna with the lads, dinner at the Mall with the usual suspects, dropping by at the Arch to meet the boys n gals, pin's wedding function, Karaoke with friends..had snorkeling lessons at the stadium's pool, washing 5 cars at home..n the result = KALAT MATA KU NI...hehe..guys nxt time karaoke sunday siang saja ah..hehe

Crash make over

hahaha...the boys had a crash make over at Le Taj..LOL...and the boys looked pretty after the make over..hahaha..dapat tarus cross-dressing n became a one nite dragqueens..hahaha..well actually durang becalak mata saja...tapi a bit over..hahaha..becalak mata atu nda salah ku sunnah Nabi Muhammad pulang...CB did mention about it tadi..

Whose fault izzit?

The Hsbc or astro? I blasted both juz now on the phone..3 months overdue of the astro bill and I haven't got a clue until my mother told me dat our astro kana potong 2day..as far as i'm concerned the monthly payment was already debited via a credit card since years ago...skali rupanya they did not inform me that with new credit card..i hafta amend the details as well..sucks jua tu..anyway, i hafta settle dis ASAP later..

Lapik2 run

hahaha...supposedly a serious after jog running exercise..turned out to be a jokingly run tah pulang..kan baibun saja bah...hahaha...but sure it was fun..besides a good exercise..y not make it more fun n enjoy the moments..makes u healthier and happier...mcm fun run tah pulang...like 2day there were many people doing the running around the track..more than the usual...keep it up people..

Woohooo..dats BESOK...for the superstitious people, they usually take it seriously..cautious and careful on dat day..others could care less about it..hahaha..but for me, t'row is still another weekend...lots of plans to do..HULK is coming out today..wanted to watch the 1145 AM show tadi but nda sampat...hahaha..for t'row probably i'll join the lads for a morning jog and swimming for a change..nda kan akhir bangun saja..n 2nite a 2nd bachelor's party at pin's..i'll make my self available later..insya'allah..last nite was crazy..hahaha

BAF

stands for Brunei Art Forum, now showcasing art works and paintings from the local artists at the Old custom building in Bandar. Also secondary students art workshop is held until t'row and the pic shows the students' work on wildlife preservation posters. Actually we have talented Bruneians and yet hafta developed and exposed mo'. The exhibition was not supposed to be closed during lunchtime as many visitors including one Perm Sec who came juz now were complaining coz the place's closed. Until i asked one of the teacher in charge of the student workshop to call the people in charge of the art gallery, baru tah ada orang nya membuka. Apa lah punya organizer. If they can't handle an exhibition, don't organize one lah.

SMIRNOFF & SEX wat??

I really don't know wat dis guy intends to show..but i hope he's not a Muslim lah..tampal2 kali ah SMIRNOFF sticker arah rear windscreen kereta nya ah..i bet he drinks kali..hehe..its now a prevalent social ills that we r having..cuba tah the authority totally banned alcoholic drinks in Brunei..kan bisai..plus about the Tobacco act..its a good move but its better if they impose a 200% increase in cigarettes price..baru kebalasan..

Art gallery cafe

My plan t'row is to visit the art gallery or to be exact the art exhibition at the old custom building in town..i hope they are exhibiting good n beautiful paintings..or probably most of them had been purchased kali..inda tah ampit ni..anyway i think we should start having art galleries in Brunei..i plan to have art gallery cum cafe..maybe a small one for a start..izzit worthwhile running one?

Noodle Station?? Wagamama??

How i wish we have them in Brunei..at least its sumthing different other than LaMee..hahaha..anyway, the noodle dishes at LaMee atu pun quite good..n they have this healthy noodle menu for those who r watching their food intake..noodles ani kira kan spaghetti in italian kan..coz apparently, in asia there are chinese noodle, lao noodles, vietnamese, japanese and so on..n in the west nda jua kana panggil italian noodle..hahah..sounds funny..

Back to basic

Hahaha..i lost the calendar, digital clock, visitors counter, linklists, fabwebs, weather forecast etc. as I tried the new template for my blog..now its reduced almost to basic..hehe..biar tia dulu..,malas ku kan upload-upload dulu..i don't know if they can be retrieved..esp. the visitors counter..heheh..atu kan bnyk udah..anyway, keep on visiting boys n gals..

Sushimaniac

3 days in a row i had sushi at excapade at the same room..hahaha..sushimaniac banar..the first two was juz lunch and the last one was dinner..i guess i'll stop sushi for the next week to come..give it a bit of space dulu..hahaha..now i'm craving for Le Taj since some1 had mentioned it last night..oh yeah btw..try out the niniku meshi with enoki battanyaki at excapade..nyamaaaan!..hehe

Trying out Origami

I must say some r quite easy and a few are quite difficult..u gotta hav patience on doing dis..the ones i made had been diplayed at the living room's displaying cabinet..I haven't tried the advance one yet..macam payah banar usul nya...but it'll be a challenge..coz i know origami is not as easy as it looks..

Cheap USB Card reader

WARNING: DO NOT BUY CHEAP USB CARD READER..coz mine is oready rosak..yet alom sampai 5 months in use..sucks...innit?..so i would recommend to buy a good quality one..at least i hope it'll last longer than the ones under $15..murah pulang but quality di compromise nya..lesson learnt..bali tah lagi yg murah nah..hahahaha...

Wishlist b4 puasa

I was thinking of getting the Wii b4 the month of Ramadan, so dat i can do my sports activities virtually in the comfort of my bedroom..i mean other than running lah..so, i'm gonna survey the price, the pros n cons n of course hafta check out the reviews..but so far the reviews i read commented juz good ones lah..kalau ada yg kan jual 2nd hand atu juz lemme know lah..(hint2 to naz)

hahaha..finally i found the rite spot to snapshot my own pC (pocket Camera)..atupun blur...yg. clearly focus is the smiling lady atu pulang..hehe..anyway, i'm still learning how to master my pC ah..esp. when to use the rite setting of shots..so until i manage to master the pC..maybe insya'allah baru tah ku think about SLRs..maybe..but then again i owez believe in the technique of snapshooting..canggih pun camera but mun nda attractive the pix..wats the point..

Happy birthday babu

..luckily i checked the cake before the wrapped it up coz they incorrectly wrote 'Happy birthday baby' hahaha..cali jua tu mun my mother look at it..anyway, i haven't bot a birthday gift for my mother yet..coz apparently I haven't got a clue wat to give..i saw my sis finally bot her the OSIM's foot massager after 3 days of looking for the right present..hehehe..i sleep over it another nite..maybe esok ada inspiration..p.s i love u mom..

Book-stocking

We r so deprived of good n latest books in Brunei..we used to have Times bookstore but it lasted only a short time..other bookstores ada tapi not much choices n varieties ..if only we have Borders at least siok jua...ani terpaksa tah either ke S'pore or KL to buy good books..N i took the pleasure of spending my weekend in KL hunting for good books dat i owez wanted 2 buy..book-stocking lah tu..all in all i bot 13 books of different topics.. from humour to medicine..nanti tah ku list down the books soon..
