Ok..take note of the technique..dis is the easiest tricep exercise..liat tu liat tu..tricep nya ah karas ah..even tho' ada lamak dikit tapi di sebalik lamak2 an..karas kali ah..hehehe...Tips: Do it the right way..if u do it the wrong way..u'll never get the shape u want ..its only a waste of time and money going to the gym..
