its not diet but more like a healthy lifestyle I must say...now I do subway take aways on a daily basis..i juz love the salads and the bread there..I do eat rice and naan bread every other day as well as roasted half chicken which i can get as cheap as B$2.50 from a Muslim restaurant...and today I started my jogging routine at 7am and 5pm..yeah its gonna be twice a day like I did before..hasta la vista baby! I gotta pick up my stamina coz I wanna sign up for muay Thai soon..yeeeeha!
