Nugget & Nutella

Si kawan punya pasal mentioned pasal Mc Nugget plus ngam tah jua ada iklan nya dalam Borneo Bulletin today..so Mc D was the only place to go for lunch..hehe...So apa lagi order Double Cheese and Mc Nuggets lerr..ngam lagi ada bbq sauce di bagi nya..yummy...then after lunch I bought nutella at the Guardian Pharmacy ..so it was nugget and nutella dat made my day...at least menasek krg inda jua terasa lapar mcm kemarin when I had the 10km run...felt like no energy..

Next Markucing trip

If anyone interested to join the trip..be at Tasek lama this Sunday morning at around 630am. Jgn lupa bawa at least 2 litres of water..some keropoks..coklats..spare baju..tuala kah..sal kan stop kajap arah wasai Jumat utk mandi..wooohooo...ramai ni this sunday..makin ramai lagi makin siok..so if u wanna experience the fun..join saja sunday ani..

Craving for Kue tiaw

Glad to be back home though a bit knackered, I drove myself to TK to meet up the geng sekajap...plus tais liur ku kan kue tiaw di sana ah...plus the air longkang...hahaha..anyway, I am getting myself a 3 day quarantine from work, just as a precautionary measure..karang ada yang bising2 di office.."kenapa kau datang keraja?" "mana buleh kau keraja ni,mesti quarantine di rumah ni" hehehe..in fact I don't wanna balik rumah tadi,my plan was to check-in at some hotel for a 3 day quarantine..but berdoa and bertawakal saja..I ate some medication jua udah as prevention..and I even refrain myself from having close contacts with my family especially my nieces andnephews at home...anyway theres nothing better than home sweet home..

kg is exactly my weight as of 26 July 2009. I thought after all of those quite a lot of eating, my weight would be skyrocketed as high as 65kg...hehehe..rupanya kurang..but I'm glad because for one thing since the past two years I have successfully maintained my weight..I owe it to my three times weekly run..somehow, its been 2 weeks ku inda belari...but no problem pulang tu..my running momentum still maintains...even if I don't run for almost 2 months..I still can do my usual routine run..done that before..I can't wait this Tuesday...

Me and my asthma attack

I got my first asthma attack a few days ago and it was my first in more than 20 years..weird heh..it was really difficult for me talking..mula2 atu I got cold and fever..skali batuk2..and it turns out to be asthma in the end..I have to buy ventolin at a pharmacy for that...But after a few days, I just couldn't stand with it so I went to see a doctor at a clinic..he gave me neubelizer (lurus kah tu spelling nya ah), then I asked for asthma injection..and finally some prescriptions..one asthma medication took my attention..its better than the ventolin..

After the injection, the whole body got itchy effect for about 30 seconds
