Yesterday's long run was a bit over-stretched, mana kan inda the plan was just to do a 10km run but it was actually more than 12km...atupun sampai di Budiman Lane galap udah hari. I would suggest to start off earlier next time..say 5pm lah..ample time to finish off the long run..but anyway, it was really a good run yesterday...though earlier it was raining but it was such a good weather jua by 5pm atu...congrats to bro khoo for finishing the over-stretched run..well done bro..heheh..bah nxt year we should do the marathon hunting..jgn tah jauh regional saja...
