S.E truly enjoying her karaoke..keep it up girl..while the rest r enjoying the hi-tea party..actually i can't even recall the name of the restaurant..hahaha..but yg. penting i'm glad to see n meet my dear friends...unfortunately, i couldn't stay long yesterday..anyhow i enjoyed ever second it...truly, madly, deeply..hahaha

Healing powers of oysters could mend human bones

After at least 530 million years of clamming up, the oyster has revealed its secret curative properties to mankind. And they are not only aphrodisiac.

French biologists who have been studying the way oysters produce nacre, also known as mother-of-pearl, believe the process could be replicated to provide cures and preventative treatments for osteoporosis, arthritis and certain skin complaints.

Humans and oysters share the capacity for self repair. A human bone heals, as does a cracked oyster's shell. We now believe nacre can be used to stimulate bone growth.

Biomineralisation is as old as bivalve molluscs, which gives it quite a few million years on the human species. More than 4,000 years ago, the Maya people of central America realised that nacre was not only beautiful but extremely hard and durable. They used it to make false teeth. In other cultures, including ancient Chinese and Egyptian, paste made from crushed nacre was recommended as a beauty cream.

The aphrodisiac quality of oysters has been recognised for many years but never scientifically proven. However, the mollusc's high content of zinc, which in humans is required for the production of testosterone, could be one explanation. Other research has shown that the shellfish are rich in certain amino acids that trigger increased levels of sex hormones.

Totally an awesome action movie..Angelina Jolie kali ah..and its a MUST see movie..coz its somehow funny tho' the actions atu nda pulang logic but who cares..in the end WEASLEY killed the villain, the actual villain SLOAN..ooops..nah spoil tia...for the rating, ku bagi B+ eh..next movie to watch is HANCOCK..woohooo..dats next week..

To whom the cinnamon rolls, there'll be a BBQ at my home but dats not the point..its the Cranium Wow dat i'm looking forward..hehehe...plus the karaoke (which is W thingy, btw, probably Wii karaoking kali..the American Idol edition, hahah..iski..)..so jerry..u wanna the BBQ to be held at my home, plan it and lemme know when..

Sarah & Alex

the cousins we haven't met for a long long time..the last time i met sarah was like 5 yrs ago and today was the first time i met alex (sarah's younger brother)..who is now 20 yrs old..i only met sarah twice..first time when she was 4 while on holiday to Brunei with her scottish mom..so, my uncle invited us for a hi-tea at his crib 2day to introduce sarah & alex as most of us never met them..hahaha..tarus jadi one day celebrities bah durang dua ah..unfortunately they'll be going back to UK esok..but they'll be back next year during summer holiday..

Ok..take note of the technique..dis is the easiest tricep exercise..liat tu liat tu..tricep nya ah karas ah..even tho' ada lamak dikit tapi di sebalik lamak2 an..karas kali ah..hehehe...Tips: Do it the right way..if u do it the wrong way..u'll never get the shape u want ..its only a waste of time and money going to the gym..

Sushi delivery service

Juz a wishful thinking if excapade can do dat..i mean i juz can't stay away from sushi..hahaha..juz had lunch there 2day and yesterday as well..probably i'm the #1 sushi fan in brunei..mana kan inda..in a week the least i go to excapade is 3 times..dat excluding take-aways...somehow nda pernah kelamuan makan..i wanna suggest the management if they can do delivery to areas in Bandar..kan bisai...kira kes malas kan keluar lunch..

Quiet n serene Monday

banar eh..sooo quiet Monday ah..mana kan inda..i'm home alone with the 3 amahs..everybody in da house is gone for holiday..even my youngest bro is away to Tutong..ada sortof student's camp for a week..i actually don't know when every1 is coming back...but i hope soon lah..hahah so what i did juz now was taking out the trash n went to Hua Ho Manggis Mall to buy stuffs....among other things..

The weekend was full of life n love..DADDY's DAY on Sunday..had the usual Sauna with the lads, dinner at the Mall with the usual suspects, dropping by at the Arch to meet the boys n gals, pin's wedding function, Karaoke with friends..had snorkeling lessons at the stadium's pool, washing 5 cars at home..n the result = KALAT MATA KU NI...hehe..guys nxt time karaoke sunday siang saja ah..hehe

Crash make over

hahaha...the boys had a crash make over at Le Taj..LOL...and the boys looked pretty after the make over..hahaha..dapat tarus cross-dressing n became a one nite dragqueens..hahaha..well actually durang becalak mata saja...tapi a bit over..hahaha..becalak mata atu nda salah ku sunnah Nabi Muhammad pulang...CB did mention about it tadi..
