fifty what?

heheh...I checked my weight tadi before running on the treadmill and the scale weight read 55kg and as usual after the 8km run, I lost another kg of water...54kg. Probably I lost 3kg of body fats for the past 2 days which I think pasal fasting atu jua kali. Anyway, to those who are on diets, go people go (wink wink to wadd)..hehehe..I hope y'all will achieve the targeted weights...Stay healthy stay funky..apa kanz..and live life to the fullest..hahaha..
