Their english might be not as good as us, the overrated Bruneians but I believe they have better educational system despite our so-called SPN21 or whatever its called. Just look at the way the action they are undertaking in promoting english for all, not just talk-talk as to what Bruneians are usually good at...hehe..today at the Airport Central Mall, there was a scrabble competition among schools here..a massive one...I think about 300 students or so were taking part..imagine banyak scrabble boards ani bah..I snapped only one part of the mall..I guess different locations catered for different student age groups. I believe Brunei won't be able to do this at ONE time..hahaha..Ieven if I bet my car on it..
